I work on both a short-term and long-term basis.
The therapy I offer is collaborative, relational, and focused on emotions.
Simply talking or thinking about our problems doesn't change them. Feeling better in a sustainable way requires a focus on the body and resolving emotional memories that keep us tied to the past. Feeling better also involves getting more comfortable with positive emotions linked to experiences of care, connection, and wholeness.
My goal for our work together is to bring you relief — to feel better in ways that will “stick”. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalised approach tailored to your individual needs and goals for change.
I offer a space where you can explore some of life’s big themes: death, freedom, meaning, and isolation. I have enough experience of the complexity of life to realise that life is not a problem to be solved but a mystery to be lived.
Through consistent, focused conversations on a weekly basis, I believe I can help you make a transformative shift towards a more fulfilling life.
